Although I call many places home, the pacific north west will always have my heart.

I value my daily commitment to my spiritual practice.

You can never own too many books, fresh flowers and crystals.

Two of my favorite smells are Palo Santo and fresh rain.

Love, gratitude and forgiveness are daily practices.

Astrology, inner child healing and therapy are three of my favorite tools to achieving true personal innerstanding and success.

I have been through hardship, heartbreak, defeat. I have also conquered, overcome and persevered. 

It wasn't through avoidance, repression, and further neglect that I was able to get through the valleys of life, it was by allowing myself to feel and be where I was at, tuning into myself, doing my healing practices tailored for me, and approaching life with a solid inner foundation that brought me to the peaks.

I want to see everyone do the same.

We do not all walk the same path, however, we all have the same end goal.
